We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in Atlanta, GA! As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the construction of various projects in residential, commercial, and mixed-use spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their architectural needs and objectives
- Create detailed architectural designs, including sketches and drafts
- Conduct construction estimating and budgeting for projects
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architect, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Business development experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
